I received my HCG in the mail today - it took only 7 days to get here, that's a record for me! I feel like starting tomorrow, that's how sick I am of how I'm feeling and looking right now.
But, at the tail end of TOM, I'm figuring I'll wait a couple of days past the last day to be sure it's over. Which means I could start as early as Friday with loading. We'll see.
I know I'll rock Round 4, at least the VLCD and P3, but I'll admit that P4 has me a little scared. That said, I do believe
