R2 - P3 Day 35 (+0.1, 117.6)

Well, as a weight loss tool, yesterday wasn't terribly effective. However, I did learn that a protein shake could keep me full for hours. So that will come in handy when I'm on the run.

We had dinner out with friends, and between conversations with my friend, the other half, and a phone call with my cousin this evening, as well as a feeling that I'm ready and it's time to just be proud of what I've accomplished and just plain enjoy where I'm at, I've decided that today is my last day on
