And 19 odd pounds in four weeks isn't half bad either!
Came in at 463 calories, which is good. I had a ryvita slice (or 20 calories worth) as I was hungry. The hunger is really bothering me, as is the lack of energy. Even with potassium, I'm getting calf cramps and head rushes. But if anyone asks, yes, for 19 pounds it's worth it. I've dealt with worse on diets lol.
