R3 P4 Day 5 -115.5 (+0.9, LDW +2.7)
Ugh. Yep, the chocolate caught up with me. And while I tried to have a steak day today, the other half surprised me with dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, I had the grilled salmon with broccoli and green beans, and ordered a piece of cheesecake to go, thinking I'd save it for Friday (my birthday). Then, thinking about all the salt etc that I consumed in my (delicious) salmon dinner, it's pretty inevitable that tomorrow would have to be a steak day anyway, so I ate the cheesecake this evening.
