I'll take it! Don't know how or why, but it was a very pleasant surprise on the scale this morning!
Must make sure we have kale for dinner tonight. Last night, the other half said "where's the kale?" when he was presented with green beans (a fave of his). He's been reading a lot about healthy eating, and now wants to do it. Never mind that I've been telling him all this stuff for years, sigh... Now that he's READ it, it's valid. Sigh. Men. LOL. But hey, if he finally starts drinking water,
