Arrgh!! Steak day today, my third of this round's phase 3. Which is okay. I just don't like that it's happening at the end of P3. So, I'll extend phase 3 by a day, possibly more depending on our plans on Saturday, and take it super easy and slow with adding foods back in.
I'm not sure what happened, I was very thirsty yesterday and drank a lot of water, so it could be water retention, it could be because I was up quite a bit earlier than usual today, and got about 3 hours less sleep than
