Well, darn. But with the added calories and the cheese splurge yesterday, it was bound to happen.
I planned my day out better today, specifically with regards to my snacks. I had some chicken as a snack, and a fair bit of coffee with cream (hopefully not too much to make the scale unhappy with me tomorrow morning).
Both lunch and dinner were chicken, at lunch I had tomato and cucumber with it, at dinner, I cooked kale - yummy! The other half and his son had pizza, and for a moment I
