Hmm... I'm contemplating drinking black coffee for a few days to see just how much dairy is affecting my weight. Although, I did have a couple of tablespoons of sour cream last night, I find it's a filling, quick snack that instantly satisfies, but with my possible/probable dairy intolerance I likely shouldn't be having it.
Anyway... Today, I ate 1497 calories, my snacks were 2 slices of pepper jack cheese, sour cream, and coffee with cream. Ya. My name is Susan and I have a dairy addiction
