Well, after the novel that yesterday's post turned into, it's clear that I need to get back to daily blogging!
The chicken day yielded a nice result, with a 1.2 pound loss. It's a tad monotonous, but it certainly worked. I read about it in a great ebook on alternate correction days, at happilythinnerafter (the link takes you to her store, the hcgshop). What you do is roast a chicken yourself so that you're not dealing with hidden sugars, starches and preservatives that the supermarkets use
