Not bad at all. If I did that every day, it would be a 1.4 loss for the week (which was my norm on conventional diets).
Today I came in at 1400 calories, it was a fish day (not a corrective day, just a coincidence lol). Lunch was a tuna melt great recipe (slightly tweaked, a little less tuna, a little more egg, and pepper jack cheese instead of swiss) that I found on one of my favorite blogs, Escapefromobesity. It was really satisfying and I had a side of green beans with it. Dinner was
