Thanks to Jessica for the term for this phase of my journey!Today ended up being higher calorically than I'd intended, but I'm shaking it off and moving forward. It started with being absolutely ravenous at around 11:30 (I was out doing errands) and instead of doing the sensible thing and grabbing an apple, I got a candy bar, thinking "how bad can it be", and well, the candy bar turned out to be 460 calories!
