We were away for the weekend, and while I made (for the most part) the healthiest choices I could, junk was definitely eaten, and drinks were had, so I am considering a 1.4 gain not bad, and will get rid of it as soon as I can.
It will however, not be tomorrow. Today was something of a carb filled disaster, including sushi for dinner, so I will likely not like the scale tomorrow, and will definitely do a correction day tomorrow. Probably a steak day, it's been a long time since I've done
