Well, I wasn't too thrilled with THAT release, but hey, it's still in the right direction!
Today I skipped the diet root beer that I had yesterday, as well as the green tea chai that I had yesterday, I have a feeling it was one or the other that slowed me down. Or, perhaps my body just needed a rest.
I came in at 475 calories today, eating 93/7 beef, tomato and apple for lunch, and chicken, asparagus and strawberries for dinner. When I did my shopping today, I picked up some more 96/4
