I know this comes as something as a shock. And know this, I have no regrets about doing the HCG protocol. It saved my life. I would never have lost all my weight without it.
But it's time to do something else. When I woke up this morning a pound heavier, something in me said enough.
I've been doing a lot of research about high fat/moderate protein/low carb eating, and had already decided that this would be my approach after P2. I had, however, planned to do the 72 weaning off period,
