Day 2, I gained a pound and weighed 116.8, and day 3 (today) I am weighing in at 117.7.
Why, you ask? Well, I went a bit overboard, and ate a lot of protein. Both days were in the 1800 calorie range. And that's done now. It felt good, like it was what I needed, so I went with it. But today, I'm taking a different approach, and modeling my day after the experimenters on the Sugar Free Protocol. I'll see how that goes, then do that for a couple of days to bring the weight back in line.
