Nice release!
Well, it was a late night, my Canucks won in overtime, so bedtime was around 1am. And I was up at 8 this morning, not enough sleep really for protocol, but that's not a nightly occurrence anyway. Generally I want/need more sleep during the HCG diet.
The cold has struck, but I'm not feeling that bad, and will rest whenever I can. I am focusing on getting my 12 waters in a day, and I am sure that this is helping. I put an icepack on my head last night and found it helped
