I'm enjoying a hardboiled egg along with a smoothie for breakfast lately, and I'm finding that it's holding me through the morning. Lunch the last couple of days has been a salad and a 3 eggs scrambled in 1tsp olive oil and with a slice of cheese. I've been staving off the "I need sugar" cravings until after dinner, of course it hits then, but that's only for a couple more days.
