Wow that was a nice loss!
Today was a clean eating day, eggs and cheese for breakfast (this has become my daily routine, and I enjoy it enormously), lunch was a little different, I mixed broccoli coleslaw with 2 TB of salsa ranch dressing by Litehouse (a new favorite), and 4 oz of chicken breast. I sprinkled a little shredded cheese on top, and voila! a nutritious, delicious and filling meal!
Dinner was 4 oz steak, and my veggie side was steamed kale (I sautee chopped onion and mushrooms
