Well, here I am at 125.3, lost a whole 0.4 in a week lol.
No complaints really. I want to be losing weight, but at least I now know what maintenance needs to look like. My typical day lately has been 3 coffees in the morning, (with 2 TB cream in each), lunch is a nice sized salad with my homemade sugar free ranch dressing, and a protein (a lot of the time that's a couple of hard boiled eggs with a bit of butter in them, or leftover meat from the previous night's dinner).
