Sorry about the long absence... last week was going fairly well, my apple and cheese day got me a half pound loss, and for the rest of the week I was hovering between 120-121.
Then came the weekend. We had a 50th birthday party for a friend (staying overnight at her house), so I decided to relax and eat what was offered and have some celebratory drinks. Anyway, Saturday night, and Sunday (we were still at her home) yielded a 5 pound gain.
