A slight decrease, as I continue my focus on high protein, good fats, zero sugar. I did get into the Larabars (love them, they are amazingly good, natural substitutes for a meal, and a yummy snack with a cuppa tea in the afternoon, and a lot of fiber). I also tried an Atkins bar I hadn't tried before, the Coconut Almond Delight bar.
