Weights: Friday, 117.7, no idea about Saturday and Sunday, Monday I weighed 121.2, and today I was 121.1.
It was a great weekend away, in a mountain vacation home with friends. Food was semi out of my control in that I couldn't control what was being served (the organizer of our weekend is a fireman who cooks for his firehouse, so he was in charge of the food, which was delicious), however, I did my best to pick and choose the foods that would be best for me. Total gain for the weekend was
